By accessing or using the Paymart Suite platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform.
Paymart Suite is a modular payment processing platform designed for licensed financial institutions. Our services include core banking, payments, cards, loans, foreign exchange, commerce acquiring, open banking, and compliance modules. Services are available through SaaS (shared or dedicated) or on-premise license deployment models.
You may use our services only if you are a licensed financial institution or a company actively applying for a financial license. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction, including anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), and data protection regulations.
For SaaS deployments, we commit to a 99.9% uptime SLA. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 72 hours in advance. Response times for support requests depend on your plan tier: Shared (24 hours), Dedicated (4 hours), License (as contracted).
The Paymart Suite platform, including all software, documentation, and related materials, is owned by Paymart SIA and protected by intellectual property laws. SaaS customers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform. License customers receive an Authorized License with rights as defined in the license agreement.
SaaS subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are billed upon contract signing. License fees are due upon delivery. All fees are quoted in EUR and exclude VAT. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts overdue by more than 30 days.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 90 days written notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of terms, regulatory non-compliance, or unlawful use of the platform. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period for data export. SaaS data is deleted 60 days after termination unless otherwise agreed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paymart SIA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.
